No hidden costs: all delivery costs are included in the price.
Priority in production for orders outside Italy.

Delivery in Europe estimated between 10 working days from the order (from a maximum period of 15 working days in Europe).
SATISFIED OR REFUNDED: FUTONZEN'S QUALITY COMMITMENT
Because we are convinced of the quality of our products, and in accordance with our General Conditions of Sale , FutonZen undertakes to reimburse you if you are not satisfied with your purchase. To do so, you can simply send it back to us within 14 days of receipt, filling in the return form.
By law, orders for artisanal products can be excluded from the right of withdrawal, but PLEASE NOTE: FutonZen still gives you this possibility! Because 17 years of selling our products gives us the certainty that you will be enthusiastic about your FutonZen! By giving you this right, we want you to stay zen while you purchase online! The shipping costs for returns are nevertheless at your charge.
You are not required to provide us with an explanation, but by telling us the reasons for your return, you will help us improve our customer service.
Orders from outside Italy have priority in production, we estimate an average delivery time of 10 working days, from your order.
In special cases (out of stock or force majeure), deliveries are made within a maximum period of 15 working days in Europe, from the validation of the order. For any shipment outside Europe, the maximum delay is 25 working days. For the latter, please contact us before placing your order.
In order to guarantee perfect packaging, the packages are wrapped in transparent film and sealed with adhesive tape.
When your package leaves the factory in Italy, you will receive a tracking code by email.
